Terms of Service
Effective: July 20, 2026
These terms govern use of MailOn.cloud services. Ordering or using a service means the customer accepts these terms and any order-specific commercial terms.
Service and accounts
Customers must provide accurate information, protect credentials, maintain authorized access and use the service in compliance with applicable law. Package capacity, onboarding scope, introductory pricing and renewal pricing are displayed before confirmation.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, unlawful content, unauthorized access, abusive automation or activity that threatens systems, networks, users or third parties.
Billing and renewal
Charges are due according to the accepted order. Introductory annual pricing and the following annual renewal price are stated on each package. Taxes, storage upgrades, migrations or custom work may be charged separately when agreed.
Availability and changes
We work to provide dependable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, security events, provider failures and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability. Features may change where needed for security, reliability or legal compliance.
Suspension and termination
Service may be restricted or suspended for non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal requirements or material breach. Customers should export required data before termination where access remains available.
